About Homeco & Scott

The listing designer behind the work.

Homeco exists because too many great homes go to market underprepared — and the difference between a home that sells fast, sells high, and a home that sits is almost always in the preparation.

The Origin

Built from the ground up — one listing at a time.

Scott Larrow didn't set out to build a listing preparation company. He set out to solve a problem he kept watching unfold: homes with real potential hitting the market before they were ready — and agents left to coordinate the chaos alone.Scott studied the business of fashion at FIT in New York City and spent his early career merchandising high-end boutiques on Madison and Fifth Avenues. That world shaped everything: how to curate a space, how to make someone stop and look, and how to tell a story through the details most people walk right past. When he returned home to Boise, he brought that eye with him into real estate — spending nearly a decade under the mentorship of Jim Meadows, a pioneer in presale design and renovation strategy. Over that time, Scott helped oversee more than 1,000 staged homes and hundreds of remodels. He learned, project by project, that transforming a listing rarely requires the biggest budget. It requires the right eye, the right priorities, and the right plan.Homeco is the company Scott built to bring that approach to every agent and every seller — with one point of contact, clear process, and no details left to chance.

Preparing a home well doesn't require the biggest budget. It requires the right eye, the right priorities, and the right plan.

The Approach

Every decision
has a reason.

Scott's process is rooted in balance — not trends. He walks into a home and immediately senses what buyers are going to feel, then builds a plan around that instinct.

If Boring

We add interest — texture, contrast, a moment that makes buyers pause.

If Busy

We simplify — removing the noise so the home itself can be heard.

If Dated

We introduce the right updates — never trend for trend's sake, always with return in mind.

Always

Practical. Beautiful. Budget-conscious. Every recommendation has a reason tied to what buyers feel when they walk through the door.

For the Seller

Their largest investment.
Handled with care.

Scott understands what it actually feels like to prepare a home for sale. For most sellers, this is the largest financial decision of their lives — and the weight of repairs, updates, timelines, moving, and budget decisions can quickly become overwhelming. His goal is to make the process feel clear, doable, and fully supported — from the first walk-through to show day. Not just for the agent's benefit, but for the people living through it.The best compliment Scott receives? When sellers say: "Now we don't want to move," or "I wish we'd done this while we still lived here." That's the heart of the work — homes that buyers fall in love with, and a process that doesn't leave sellers feeling left behind.

Outside The Work

Scott is Boise-raised, New York City-shaped, and house-obsessed in the best possible way. He's happiest outdoors and usually thinking about the next project — whether it's a yard, a room, or a full property transformation. He's technically a cat person, but somehow ended up with three dogs, because it turns out he has a very soft spot for animals who need a home.
